The Bubble-O-Bill Bubble Hat is made of a polished aluminum beanie with a red plastic chin strap. On top of the beanie sits a plastic rocket ship attached to a flexible, plastic hose. The wearer of the hat fills the rocket with bubble "rocket fuel," blows in the hose, and becomes a "bubble head."
